I advise technology companies and investors on today’s most complex and relevant tech policy issues, helping shape consumer trust in technology, privacy, trade, and national security.

Earlier in my career, I was an advisor to the Assistant Secretary of Transportation for Aviation and International Affairs. I worked with senior leadership, including Secretaries LaHood and Foxx, Deputy Secretary Porcari, and Assistant Secretary Kurland on trade and infrastructure policy related to President Obama’s Climate Action Plan and U.S.-led projects on Smart Cities and global infrastructure investment. 

I’m a strategic leader who thrives on managing in high-stakes environments at the intersection of politics, policy, and persuasive communications. This includes private and public sector experience and national and local campaign experience. I’m an accomplished writer and public speaker.
